Joy

As the receptionist here, I will most likely be the first person to meet and greet you. I hope to make you feel welcome and very much appreciated in our office. You are the reason we are here and I will be more than happy to assist you in any way I can! When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my daughter, Ashley, my son-in-law, Kelly, and two wonderful grandsons, Hayden and Hunter.

As an orthodontic assistant, I relate well with our younger patients; they remind me of my son, Logan. My job is never boring because each child is special in their own way. I especially enjoy when it's time for their braces to come off and seeing what beautiful smiles they have! Logan keeps my husband and I very busy as he plays most sports!

I have worked with Drs. Bradshaw and Hathaway for eight years now! The first four years were as an assistant, and now I’ve spent four years in the front office as the insurance and financial coordinator. I'm one of the first people you meet, so I try to make you feel comfortable and help you understand the process of achieving a great smile! At home, I have three wonderful children whom I cherish.

Kathy

I have worked in orthodontics for 30 years, and currently help the doctors chair-side as a registered orthodontic assistant. I enjoy learning new and different techniques to improve your smile. I like seeing not only a positive change in patients' smiles, but sometimes their overall well being! I have two grown children named Jeremy and Samantha. I love music, and play the flute in the Johnson City Concert Band as well as the handbells at church.

 

Martha

I have been employed at Drs. Bradshaw, Hathaway and Bradshaw for 24 years. I am a registered dental assistant and a secretary. My jobs include letter writing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. I have three wonderful daughters who have blessed me with three precious grandchildren. I spend as much time with my family as possible. I also enjoy spending time with friends and I love to travel when the opportunity arises.

 

Dolly

I have worked here as a registered orthodontic assistant for 37 years and enjoy being part of such a great team. As well as assisting, I occasionally work in the lab making retainers. One of the best parts of my job is seeing the beautiful smiles we create by working together with the patient. I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, daughter-in-law and my beautiful granddaughter. We are looking forward to spending time with our new grandchild in April!

I am a registered orthodontic assistant and I enjoy getting to know the patients on a personal level and becoming their friend. I love watching their smiles change and seeing them gain self-confidence and self-esteem. It is gratifying to see the excited smiles on the day they get their braces off and they realize it was all worthwhile! Drs. Bradshaw and Hathaway are the best people I have ever worked for. They treat patients with respect and honesty! Outside of work, I love nothing better than spending time with my husband, Rick. I love the hot summertime and doing anything outside.

Welcome! I’m a registered orthodontic assistant, and I have worked in the clinic for four years. I enjoy working in orthodontics and getting to know our patients on a personal level. I especially love putting a smile on our patients’ faces and making people laugh and feel good! After work, I like spending time with my husband, Justin, family and friends. I like to go shopping, snowboarding and vacationing the beaches in Florida.

My favorite part of being an orthodontic assistant is getting to know my patients on a personal level and building a relationship with them through treatment. When interacting with patients I feel it is important to treat them as if they were my own children, giving them gentle care. I have been married for 15 years and we have two boys and a maltipoo named Dixie!

I’m a registered orthodontic assistant here, and I try to make all patients feel that their treatment is personalized to their specific needs and goals. My job has really gotten exciting with the new office! We utilize the most innovated products and treatment plans, and it’s great to learn so many new things that help our patients. When I’m at home, I love spending time with my husband and our many pets! We have two German Sheppards and three cats.

Hi there! I have been working as an orthodontic assistant for BHB for 3 years. I feel the most important part of interacting with our patients is eliminating any fears they have by understanding, informing and answering questions before treatment begins. I want them to feel safe and comfortable. I am married and have two children. In my spare time I enjoy cooking.

As the office manager, I assist patients with questions regarding appointments, finances, and office related questions. I love people and the opportunity to get to know a little something about them. I enjoy making people feel important, and their excitement as they begin to see treatment results is very rewarding! I love the outdoors, traveling to new and exciting places, and being an active member at Unaka Avenue Baptist Church.

Cindy

As a lab technician and registered orthodontic assistant, I make all orthodontic appliances, such as retainers. I do not get to work with the patients a lot, but I really enjoy it when I do. I like to get to know the patients and be able to talk with them about what's going on in their life. I also enjoy seeing the finished product- the smiles are so great! Some cases are especially amazing and I get excited to see how great they look. My husband, Rodney, and I have two boys, Ethan and Easton.
